Every order InfoCon fulfills requires custom processing. InfoCon doesn't inventory large print books but instead produces them to your specifications when ordered. Orders may vary from one customer to another with changes to the binding type, printed color, font size, and/or other requested changes.
As a result, each large print book InfoCon produces is custom made. Therefore, InfoCon charges credit card orders immediately. The work on the large print books starts immediately, and will ship once work is completed. You may go online and use the "Track Order" feature to obtain live production status of your large print book. Or call 1-800-544-4551 to request verbal production status updates as well.
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so if the order has not yet started in processing its creation.
Unfortunately, as each order is created at the time of the order specific to your order, InfoCon can only accepts returns for orders when InfoCon is in error (Qualified Return).
Please call customer service to verify any issue you have. InfoCon reserves the right to determine any exception allowed for return or cancelation outside the normal rule. Customer Service can be contacted at 1-800-544-4551.
Orders cancelled and Qualified Returns are 100% refunded. Orders determined by InfoCon as returnable are refunded based on InfoCon’s case by case determination.

You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used or mailed check for the original purchase. Allow 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with any missing items, such as manuals and accessories. For products that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expenses.
